Well if shes not a registered US citizen, then you will have a hard time doing it. Are you sure its a green card and not a working permit? If its a green card you can look her up on the federal governments page for foreigners with green cards, because they must register before getting them. It should tell you where shes staying, or if they cant tell you that, at least what town it is in. Good luck finding her.

If you have the idea where she is in the USA you can ask to the Mexican embassy , she is maybe register there because she needs to do some paper work there, if she has a fake green card it is going to be more difficult, you can call a Spanish radio station the one that is more popular in the USA and ask then to air her name that you are looking for her, maybe that way will be a good one i hear that a few where found that way . i hope this will help you.
