There isn't that much variety in Mexican food. And if you want authentic, just add some intestinal parasites.
Cuban food is much better.

A delicious tortilla filled with pork and beef and spices and a bit of cheese is almost close to heaven.
I also enjoy a chocolate covered banana covered in delicious peanuts with a tasty diet Mountain Dew.
