Your fathers and mothers aunt and uncle would be your great-aunt and great-uncle. Some people will prefer to be called just Aunt or Uncle, so that is their decision. Have a good night!

Technically, they are your great-aunt and great-uncle.
In the familiar sense, you can call them anything you like, depending on your relationship.

You're supposed to call them great-aunt whatever, but i just call mine aunt and uncle.
