Can a woman feel sick during ovulation.like a sick stomach ache.and can her appetite change?

Anything is possible. I used to get a funny feeling in my side when I ovulated, no joke. Was not painful though.

Yes, and you could also feel some slight cramping, kind of like a pinching feeling.

Yes... I think that is normal. I get crampy and kinda nauseous when I ovulate.

yep you can use midol for stomach upset ,certain birth control pills manage breakouts
