I proposed a girl. She is my best friend and since she told me doesn't want to talk these matters i am not proposing her again but still i love her very deeply. What do i do?

u cannot make her accept your love. she has to feel it in her. don't rush. have patience. be friendly with her. give her time to think & feel. i am sure if your love is sincere she will definitely understand it. for everything proper time has to come. u have to wait for it to happen.in the mean time just try to find out whether she has somebody else already in her mind or she has any other problems at home. may be u can help her out.

Do something extraordinary which general friends do not do so that she start thinking 2 have u as life partner. OR
U just maintain a gap in meetings than only she will miss u and wen she misses u than there r chances.... else turn yrself into other roads which lead u 2 any other girlfriend..........

You can't make somebody love you. You can pray, but remember that she is a free agent.
A wise captain once said, 'There are a million things in this universe you can have and a million things you can't have.' She may be in the second group. Sorry. Just be glad you have her as a friend.

You can not make any one accept your love dear .. it just isn't done if you wish to remain friends with her then don't push the subject or you will push her away ...
Try being her friend.. she knows how you feel now so don't push it with her. Down the track her feelings might change( just like yours might ) if not at least you have a beautiful friendship

Try to be with her always. But dont takl more. Just visible. Then disappear suddenly for 3-4 days. Again visible.
