a guy quickly drops his gaze when i casually glance at him? What does it mean when he doesn't?

If he drops his gaze, he MIGHT be shy.. or he might have not even realized he was staring at you.. and only realized when you caught his gaze. He probably does like you, though. If he doesn't drop his gaze, then he's confident & he once again probably likes you.
