I think my first choice would be Catalpa.

Definitely avoid elm or birch.

First of all in less you know your leaves well, I probably would not choose this method, for you could very easily wind up with an outbreak of poison oak, or poison ivy. In addition this would be a very unpleasant place to have either. I would recommend planning ahead a little, by having some Kleenex, or toilet tissue, or perhaps baby wipes along. In an emergency, and you gotta go in the woods and circumstances doesn't allow for planned preparedness. I suggested either doing nothing, and bring my hygiene back up to stands at first opportunity or using my panties to cleans self with. Would not recommend leaves for above stated reasons, plus leaves sometimes have parasites on them and could be introduced into the body using them in this manner. I hope this helps. Good Luck
