Yes, I fell off a motercycle right in front of my house. My brother had just bought it, and my two younger sisters had been riding it up and down the highway. They came and got me from the house, I was reading Reader's Digest at the time and minding my own business, and said that I should try it. It was fun. I went around the block once, and then my next door neighbor came out and waved. I took my hand off of the handlebar to wave back, and I did an Evil Kanevel back flip in the air. I landed on my head, and the bike fell hard on top of me. My sister was on the porch as I approached, but I had blacked out when I hit the ground. Everything just went black for a while. It was like being asleep without dreaming. No pain.
When I saw everything get white, my eyes were still closed, and I could hear my sister screaming my name over and over. She thought that I was dead. I don't know how long that I was out, but it was at least 5 minutes. 5 of the longest minutes ever. I don't remember my sister even coming from the porch. When I came to, she was there, and a few of my neighbors. I think I was dead for about 5 minutes. When they helped me up, and walked me to the door, blood was pulsing out of my head with every heart beat. My mother and father and my brother ran around like crazy, and I started to get more and more giddy, laughing at my situation before I was rushed to the docter to get stitched up. It took 7 stitches.
I was 14 years old then, and I am 44 years old now. I haven't been on a motorcycle since.

When I had my wisdom teeth out many years ago I had a reaction to the anti-swelling tablets they gave me. When I stopped taking them my brain swelled up and I had terrible headaches and would vomit if I even moved. When I went to bed at night I would be paralyzed and unable to move and there were voices in the room saying "We've got him now." My wife was laying next to me and I tried everything I could to move or cry out to her and finally was able to kick and woke up.

The next day I laid down on the couch and fell asleep and "left" my body, coming around to the couch to "see" myself laying there asleep - this wasn't like a dream and I felt like I was laying on the couch and could feel it on the back of my head but I was also beside myself looking at myself. I woke up frantically flailing my arms to get "back into my body" and then woke up. I didn't have any more epsiodes after that and gradually got better.

When I locked myself out of my work computer and had to get a new password on a very busy day. I felt like it was a "near death" experience.

I haven't but I have saved someone. I kept thinking back for weeks afterwards that if I hadn't gone by my friends house and found them that they would have been gone. I seriously thought they were already gone when I got there.
