If it cheers you up, I've had really bad luck recently too.
Examples:
~Driving down the Interstate, 75mph, windows down... BAM! Suicidal bee in the side of my neck. Pulled over on the side of the road having to pick bee shrapnle out of my next with a pocket knife while passing cars looked at me like I was emo.
~Working on a computer for a client when my nephew, slightly out of my sight, decides he's gonna plug that cord in to see what it goes to. I'm sure you can figure out the rest.
~Walking to the mail box I made the astounding discover of a 1ft wide, 3ft deep sink whole and sprained my ankle.
~I had to world's best ego booster, too. I bought a new mirror, pretty cheap, hung it up in the bathroom. Took a nice hot shower, got out and threw some water on the mirror to get the steam off. The mirror shattered. I know this was because the mirror was hot and the water was cold, but it's still sad that the instant it saw me it broke :(.
~The Grand Finale: You'll love this one, I sure didn't. I find out my girlfriend, or perhapes I should say ex, has been cheating on me for the past seven months with a known drug-dealer. Joy.
Well, I guess the moral of my story is this: Life sucks, but lucky, come time to die, you'll most likely have alzhimer's and not remember most of it.... Wait... Thats not up lifting at all... Dang...

Good evening Emily! I am sorry to hear that you are having a bad couple of days. Believe me, this happens to everyone in the entire world, even people that we would look at from the outside and would think that they never had a problem or a bad day. Even people who are famous and rich are not happy all the time. Think about all the great things in your life and be thankful for them. Call up someone that you know, possibly someone that you don't talk to very often and just have a chat. Offer to help someone else out that may need something done for them, a ride to the store a meal cooked for them, things like that. I have some older neighbors that I will pick up groceries for and little things like that. When I find myself in a sad or bad mood, this will take me out of my own problems, for just enough time that I will realize that no matter what, things could always be worse. I have gone onto the jokes and riddles section here, when I am "bummed out," about something and even reading a few silly jokes will help. Luck is one of those things in life that will change, and does. I am sure that you have family and friends that love you, so chat with them, get a give a few hugs, spend some time playing with a pet. You will soon feel better, and your luck will turn for the better. Have a good evening and try to have a better day tomorrow.

Get some exercise. Go for s bike ride, jogging, or just a brisk walk. That will relieve stress and increase your respiration rate, which may counteract some of the bad feelings you've been having.
Talk to a friend or family member, if there is someone you are close to.
Write down your feelings, then tear up or shred the paper.
Do something for someone else.
Make a list of 10 things or people in your life you are grateful for.
