I just wanted to say I like your name. I am not christian and I don't believe God exists particularly (I'm agnostic, but did attend a church for 16 years as forced by my parents). But I would like to point out that more wars have been fought in the name of God than for any other reason, which shows that although "Christians" have been forbidden from killing, they still do so in order to defend their God. You would think he could do it himself...
P.S. I really like and appreciate Squeaker's answer...

I would just like to point out that your answer is too absurd to respond to here. I don't know any christians that have started wars. I took U.S. history and World history in high school just like you did...maybe you are referring to the God that radical, extreme Muslims worship or the God that you worship..which could be just about anything...sex or money...we all worship; I choose to believe in a higher power...rather than to believe in myself or my fellow man. How far will I go...not very far...God does not need my help.

I wouldnt. People who arent open to hearing the truth, cant possibly hear it no matter how hard someone yells. the best i can do is lead by example. if someone sees something in me that they feel is missing in their life, then i will share it with them. but no point shoving it down someones throat, they will only throw it up. no one can convince me that god doesnt exist, but i would not FORCE that belief on anyone else, just like i wouldnt want an athiest trying to force their beliefs on me.

I'm not sure what you mean by this question. I don't "defend" that God exists, I believe that He does. Someone else's choice about God, is theirs alone. If someone asks me why I believe, I'my happy to answer, but I can't convince anyone.

I do not have to defend that God exist because He does exist.
He does not need my help or defense!

I would hope that my faith would hold out to death if that was necessary, but I've never experienced anything near that type of persecution. God did everything possible for us. Giving our tiny lives to Him is nothing compared to all He's done for us.
