I am a professional chef, have been for over 35 years. I love to cook.Of the twenty items I have on the market 3 have over $1million in sales.
Whatever your definition of "World's greatest chef" is I can tell you there is no such thing.

No, but I pay attention to the food channel and America's Test Kitchen and learn a lot of good techniques and incoporate them into my cooking.
We have been avid fans of America's Test Kitchen and their magazines "Cooks" and "Cooks Country" for more than 7 years and have never had a bad result from any of their recipies. I don't know why I bother with any other recpies because I'm always dissappointed
