If you have a REGISTERED copy of XP, you can contact Microsoft, and request a Windows 2000 CD. An XP license contains an implicit license for all earlier versions of Windows, and they will only charge you for the cost of the media. (About $10)

cant find your old what? old wallet? old install disk? if you can't find your old install disk, what, are you hoping someone trolling answers.com walked by your house and noticed it in the trash? learn to use xp, and then learn to express yourself properly.
