i cannot belive this, our planet is being destroyed, everybody is dieing from wars, heat, ect...theres many explanations for this,, and the answer is HUMANS!! we are being selfish basturds who our destroying our planet, thank you for all you people who clean this place, and make it a better place, even tho we havent done anything in our lives to make it succesful, the only think we did, is HAVE TO MANY KIDS BECAUSE OF IGNOARNCE, or because the government only cares about money, OR because we keep destroying forest and the precius lives that lve there, soon we won't live longer, our carbon dioxide ahs gone up by 20% which is why snowfall is rare, and we will get nuced soon from WAR!!!!!! if anybody here works for the government here, i have something to say, which i want everybody to answer to this quewastion, tell me what you think of my answer...governmet...YOU SUCK!!!!! that follows under economy, everything, we ruining EVERYTHING THAT IS ....EVERYTHING!

You're absolutely right, it won't come that soon, but we're destroying the planet and all because of greed! Ignorant people who populate even in famine, even with the aids in Africa, we are helping and putting money out and they don't want to listen.
We're feeding the children and they're making more and more.
If the white men would stay out of it and tend to their own, nature will take care of itself. Wars are started because of oil and the population needs their cars, 2.3.4 per family, everybody is getting fatter while the companies are doling out low or no fat stuff that's loaded with sugar, therefore the body is getting crap to eat and the companies/stockholders are getting richer, Athletes, Actors and some Government employees are making too much money, which in turn makes the designer houses richer. I am fed up

Well..the earth is coming to an end because, as your question indicates, we do a very poor job educating our children in the basics of reading and writing. If we can't do that, how can we be expected to teach ecology, compassion, conflict resolution and other important issues.

We also have the ignorant Christian right who have reason to NOT stop the destruction of the planet because they see that destruction as the path to armageddon and the rapture. See they think that killing the earth will hasten their salvation.

Wow - chill man! You have some good and valid concerns, but pull yourself together. Take some time to write them down coherently and send them to your local member of parliament or the senator's office depending on where you live. The more people who do this, the more action we will see taken by government.
