A one cup serving has 7 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein. It also has 19 grams of sugar, most of it is in the raisins. Sugar is not the culprit it is made out to be. If it is served as part of a healthy meal, it is no problem. If one lives on sugar, there is a problem.
