It is very possible that you may have an irregular thyroid. Periods have been known to be irregular if a persons thyroid is irregular. To check this, you will want to visit a doctor and have them do a blood test.
Beyond that, it could be stress, weight gain/loss or sudden changes in your diet.

Girl, I JUST WENT THROUGH THE SAME THING. And it freaked me out. I went to the doctor and they said the estrogen in my body was low, so I didn't get my period. When your estrogen is high, which is once a month, you bleed. You are okay, don't stress over it. The doctor also asked about my birth control. They said that it could be out of date. ANd that could make you not bleed. Just to make sure, make an appointment at the doctor and see what they say. It won't hurt...GOOD LUCK

It could be another thing than pregnancy causing it. You should speak to a doctor.
Those tests aren't perfect, the best way to tell is a blood test at the doctors, but if it isn't pregnancy, then it is still not right and a doctor can help you.

If it's not pregnancy, it could be stress making you lose your periods. Other factors could be weight loss (severe) or weight gain (severe).
There could be any number of underlying health reasons for it, but I'd ask my doctor or gynecologist before I worried too much.
