Prior means previous,the ones you got before.

Violations that happened before "Prior" to the current problems you have... Must be the courts are using past history to convict you now! A better Attorney is in order! And I'm just a mechanic. And I know what happened in the past cannot be used in evidence if you have a Attorney well versed in legal statutes you should not have to type now.

It means you've gotten tickets before. If it was the same violation, then can charge you as a repeat offender ( ie DUI , OVI etc).

May mean prior offences as in previous offences commited.
