I'm not Russian and i don't think Russians are rude,i cant imagine why they told you that you are rude just because you've asked a question!

Okay, but if you're Russian why would you even have asked a question like that? You must have some Russian friends and family members who aren't rude.
People tend to get all up in arms when you ask a question that sounds the least bit prejudiced. If you don't intend any disrespect and you don't intend to be making generalizations about groups of people, you just need to be more careful about how you phrase your questions.
