A mother and father uses their children to make the children do bad things. When the kids turn 40 after many years of being brainwashed they repent. Only after doing many many bad things.

Why are they still allowed into heaven?

Could they be saved sooner?

Anyone who repents and accepts Jesus as his or her savior will be allowed into heaven.

Yes, it doesn't seem fair. I have tried to do good all of my life. No breaking the commandments, no breaking any laws, etc. And then someone comes along who has done what he or she wants all of his life and gets to repent and end up in heaven with me. It does not sound fair put this way, but it is fair and we should just be happy that the hypothetical person repented.

if you repent then you are accepting that jesus is savior and you will be accepted into heaven. They could have been saved sooner but may not have realized that they were disobeying gods commandments.

I would think so! I think God knows each and every person's heart and situation. He would not send someone to hell because of the sins of their parents. THe whole purpose of repentance anyway is forgiveness.

According to Christianity, as long as they repent and kiss God's ring sufficiently (preferably with a nice cash donation) they're in. God doesn't care about character or justice. Just obedience.
