if the rash is under your breast it may be heat . you can try this. take a bath with baking soda dry good . then at night put kiwi white shoe polish on the spots over night . the next morning wash off then put baby powder under your breast this will absorbe any sweat . the shoe polish is good for poisen oak and iny, diper rash, and bed sores as long as the spot is not open.

Heat rash is possile but in the areas mention it could also be a fungal infection. Try an OTC anti fungal if that doesnt work hit it up with some hydrocortisone. (thats just a topical steriod) This should fix the problem.

You could have hives which is an allergic reaction to something. See a physician for an educated diagnosis.

it could be anything from scabies to eczema . This one you will have to go to the Dr because if it is scabies you need treatment right away.and if it eczema you will need to get a prescription cream to heal it.Good luck

If its on your upper arm it might be chicken skin... which is when the hair is to thin or you skin is to thick for the hair to get through it... some of my friends have that. They make lotion for it.
