Sounds like you are being too possessive. Is there any rule that says you cannot call him?

You don't have to break up with him, but I wouldn't wait around for him either. Live your life. Maybe if you aren't sitting around waiting for his call(s) when and if he does call, he'll think twice about making you wait and change his stinkin' thinkin'!
