CKA? Do you mean AKC? AKC registers only purebred dog. Since your dog is a cross, he is not purebred, and cannot be AKC registered. I have not heard of the CKA. Do you mean the CKC?
If that is the Canadian Kennel Club, then it is similar to the AKC but for Canada.

If it is the Continental Kennel Club, save your time and money. "Registering" a dog does not increase its value. And hopeful, you have your dog because you love him, and to you -- like MasterCard -- he's PRICELESS.

only pure bred dogs can be registerd with the AKC or the UKC
You can register a mixed breed dog with AMBOR
