I know that if you are reading this, you may be 1/4 people who are Christian and are wondering why I wrote a question without allowing you in.

That's because I already know the answer you'll give to my question.

"The Holy Spirit" or "The Holy Ghost" or "Jesus" or "God"

And most all will say they saw the light, were born into it, were saved, or something like that.

So, please save yourself the effort, I don't want to hear a resounding and repeating "Holy Ghost"

Now, for the actual question....

-~*Do you have (a) Spirit Guide(s)? If so, may I know who they are? When did you meet your Spirit Guide(s)? Were you in meditation when you did?*~-

if you have a guide other than the Holy Spirit, that guide is of the devil. it will lead you to a place you will not want to be.
trust me, you will live to regret such a path in life.

I believe so, but as for the other questions you asked I cannot give a true definite answer. Mine may be the Phoenix or probably the fire bird. Either way I have all ways felt a deep connection to these two creatures. I know I probably sound crazy to some people and to others I seem to be using an over used set of cliches.

I do have a spirit guide. I can never remember the name, but I met them in meditation a few years ago. I havn't seen them for awhile though. Why did you want to know?

I have had several guides in my lifetime. Most were in animal form. The first was in consecutive dreams that I had when I was four years old. I don't remember when I first met the second. The rest have made themselves known during meditation. Each one has a different reason for making themself known. A different lesson for me to learn. They come and go as needed. Only one has stayed with me since childhood.

I'm not sure what you mean by spirit guide. I work with several Germanic gods/goddesses. If I have an animal totem, they might be a bear and/or frog. I once tried some meditation in a Fairy Wicca book and the frog-guy was the one I saw. I haven't worked with him much.

In my tradition, I will have three animal totems. One corresponding to Earth, or the Middle Sacred Realm, or that of Nature, one corresponding to Air, or the Upper Sacred Realm, or that of the Gods, and one corresponding to Sea, or the Lower Sacred Realm, or that of the unforgotten Dead.

My first totem came to me as a child. He was my imaginary friend. He is an Andean Condor, he is my Upper World totem. My second guide came to me as a young adult. He came to me in a dream, an insistant, repeated dream where he led me to a University and stopped beneath a sign that said "Anthropology Department". I didn't go to the University he directed me to,(too poor) but I did major in Anthropology. He is a lion, and he's my Middle World Totem. I have not yet discovered my third totem yet. I have meditated really hard on this and I have seen alligators, otters(who told me if I turned into a frog he would eat me), turtles, dolphins, salamanders and frogs. I think I'm trying too hard. It will come to me when it wants to, I know.

In addition, I have Hermes, who is my guiding Deity and Eos, my family Goddess. They are very much spirit guides as well. Eos has shown me many marvelous truths, and Hermes always takes me where I want to go. (Eos on the other hand takes me where She wants me to go). Both of them have been appearing to me in my dreams since I was a child, but I didn't have a name for them until my early 20s.

I have two spirit guides that i know .The first has always been with me as far back as i can remember. Her name is The Old One. I don't' know if she is a ancestor of long ago or an angel that has been assigned to me at birth. Through years The Old One has helped guide me on my path of life. She is like her name..old and full of wisdom, she has protected me in my time of need and comfort . Like i said before she has always been with me as far back as i remember. My second Spirit guide is a animal that came in a dream about 2 years ago. I call it my spirit animal.....It's a white owl. This owl is my guide to patience, wisdom, and defensive energy.

I had a dream once that I was running down a street and suddenly transformed into a wolf.... I remember not feeling afraid and was excited about it. I was greeted by this other huge black one and we went running through this forest. I've honestly never had a dream so vivid that when I woke up I remember ever detail. I was actually sad when I woke up and realized it was a dream...

When I started reading my books about spirit guides, I found out that this was a way to meet one and I was thrilled. I know this was my way of meeting my spirit guide for the way the wolf acted and ..."spoke"... with me.

im not a pagan but i know that i have one guardian angel and 2 spiritual guides. they are always there. you dont have to meet them (but you can with meditation). they feed your dreams with enthusiasm and curiosity. they help you to do some soul searching.sometimes you feel a sudden urge that you want to know a lot more about ....(some topic). that urge is coming from you spiritual guides. if you get those messages and listen to them you might get to know your spiritual guide much better. like for example if you feel a sudden intrest in mother nature and how to contact with her your spirit guide might be a native american. or if you feel a sudden interest in wicca, magic, myths or stuff like that your spirit guide might be a celtic. you get the idea. i think one of my spirit guides is a religious person who believes in God and his/her angels and the other one is a wiccan. though i dont know their names but i thank them for their guidence. they taught me that all parts of life are filled with magic even angels and God and i should cherish them and praise to them when ever i have the chance.

Know something....I think I might have one.

When my diabetic type 1 husband was wheeled into the operating room for his triple bypass, I first gave blood,it seemed like a good thing to do, then went outside and sat under a tree and prayed.

Please you all, don't laugh but I had the feeling that a tall man with long red hair, green eyes, and freckles, touched me on the shoulder and told me everything was going just fine.

And it was.

And when he died three years later, I found myself asking my guardian angel to find my husband in Heaven and give him a hug for me. It felt like the right thing to do.

So, yes...I think that I do believe in spirit guides. and guardian angels.
