There is no ham in the burger. Why not call it beefburgers?

Hamburg, a German city on the Elbe river, gave the world the "hamburger," just as Frankfurt, another German city, gave us the "frankfurter." Yum!

HAMBURGERS, ARE FROM HAMBURG. wheras beef burgers can come from anywhere, and contain anything that remotely resembles beef, pork burgers are not hamburgers, bacon burgers are the nearest thing to a genuine hamburger.
