From what you've said, It's obious that you both like each other a lot - except he is playing with you (do a little research on him to find out) If he sincerely likes you, you should make a move to ask him out. I'm sure he wont decline. Good luck

It means you should have a talk with him about it. The best relationships always have open lines of communications. Guys are not all the same. So what that situation might mean to my boyfriends could be totally different than what it means to this guy. You don't want to date a guy if you can't talk to him.

you guys will probably end up being bf and gf in like a couple months or weeks. it means that he probably likes you. it doesn't really matter if you go to different school. as long as they are not and hour apart.
I use to like a guy that went to a different school but then we saw each other at our brother's baseball games, but were friends now
