Oh i wish i could help out with sentencing, there would not be an eyesore piece of land anywhere, no dirty beaches, no elderly peoples overgrown gardens, The streets would be gleaming and anyone not pulling their weight would have their sentences increased. asbo's might keep them off the street but is that just reward for mugging old people, knife attacks, vandalism etc.....

It would be nice for the hooligan/thug to get a taste of it's own medicine. Lets face it, it would be nice to see a bunch of soldiers in full riot gear rock up to antagoniing thugs, and give them a lesson in manners via hikory and batton rounds. Public order is a good thing but it is one thing this country is lacking

I am totally with you on this one. In the old days nicking a loaf of bread could get you sent to Australia. We could resume that and tidy up. Never too late.

Firstly, the question should be 'ARE the hooligans getting out of control?' Secondly, YES THEY ARE, but the system seem to be more in favour of the hooligans than ordinary, law-abiding people.
People like you and I are of no use against a system that seems to be so politically-correct as ours. In short, you don't f**k the system, the system f**ks you.
