So tell your Dad that you like his new girlfriend but that you love him. Ask if you can have your own nights/days/whatever just for you two. I bet she'll be OK with it; she's probably scared that you don't like her.

You should sit down and talk with your Dad and ask him to do something fun together. Explain to him that you do like his girlfriend but you think it's important that you spend some time alone. This way he won't get annoyed and you're more likely to get what you want.

Talk to him about it. He should make some alone time with you. Realize if he likes her she will be in your life and you will have to get used to it. Sometimes if you want alone time it makes the new person in your fathers life feel unimportant and like this is a problem.

Tell your dad ! Just be sure that he knows that you like his girlfriend and are just missing your "one on one" time with him. If you present it in a nice way that doesn't seem to be attacking her, he'll probably be flattered and touched. It's always best to be honest, as long as you're nice about it.

You tell your dad that you are important too,if the issue is forced tell him you "were" in his life first!!However,it shouldnt come to that,he will take your concerns on board and make time for you...that is what i would do anyway,my kids ALWAYS come first, whatever and who ever.

answer makes no difference as to how old you are.....you are your dad's daughter and deserve time with him....don't tell her.....tell him your feelings. He probably isn't even aware that you care that much about special time with him...........good luck........
