Beer bottles (or any other object) do not get sucked up your anus. They are manually inserted. In your case I would take a hammer, hit myself to smash it into pieces and then remove them one by one.

Erm... Find another hobby. I had a woman in the hospital one day who had a pepsi bottle up her vagina... Dr had to dril a hole to the bottle to reduce the suction in the bottle and then remove it. I would suggest you to go to the ER and let them help you. You will make their day:)
