You need more than a single container as you have to transfer the wine off the sediment several times over. Pick up a copy of Gene Spaziani's 'Complete Home Winemaker.' It'll tell you everything you need.

Wash plums, peaches, pineapple skins, ripened dates, sliced apples and soak in a cheap white rum and seal for one year.
That is a sure-shot way to make a really fine and pungent wine liqueur. The other ways take much experimentation and wouldn't make sense unless you live on a farm.

I know how to but there is a real bad hangover the way i made it once so i suggest trying some mad dog 20/20 first because it's not as bad of a hangover but better yet just stay healthy.
