You don't lose weight fast.

Its safe to lose 1-2lbs a week. Smart diet and exercise are the only way to lose weight and keep it off. Don't fall into fad diets or miracle diet pills and formulas.....they are just a waste of your time and money.

Trying to lose weight fast is not safe. The safest you can lose is 1-2 lbs. per week, but if you are new to exercise then it can take 4-6 weeks or longer to lose fat. Just eat a healthy balanced diet, do cardio 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes a day and add some weight training 3 times a week to start. Don't forget to stay hydrated too, even though the cold weather is just around the corner, you can still easily become dehydrated. Good luck!

It's all about your belief system really. Did you know that your bowels contain a large amount of what is classified in your weight?

Start with Enema's and clean yourself out, as your cleansing yourself drink PLENTY of water and get excercise. Try a 3 day water or juice fast. A lot of people are apposed to the idea and its nothing to continue for prolonged periods of time, but its a damn good start and I speak from personal experience. Take vitamins while fasting. And get plenty of rest, when you sleep your body forces you into a fast and cleanses your body as best it can anyways. Ideally a 3 day fast is the best way to start, followed by a healthy changed in appetite and lifestyle following.

Eat mostly fruits and vegetables and drink 80 oz of water each day. 1200 to 1300 calories total per day. Do light excercises such as pilates so that you will not gain muscle weight as is the case when doing cardio or other strenuous excercises.

But remember losing weight quickly is not healthy, and you are more likely to gain the weight back if you lose it quickly.

You should consult a doctor before starting any weight loss program and let them develop a program best for you. It all depends on what other risk factors are involved.

Diet and exercises is a good start to good health. Watch the fats and eat more fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water each and every day. Increase the amount of fiber in your diet will help.
