This girl I know, who is my friend right now, is very confusing. She always invites me over, but always with a couple of friends, and whenever I ask her to do something alone, she always makes an excuse. She feels guilty about leaving her other friends out, and really is does have a very good nature. Now I send her signals that I like her, like compliments and calling her a lot, etc. But I can't seem to get her alone to actually talk about it.

Now I'm sure this seems obvious: She doesn't like me. She knows I like her and she wants to keep me to keep my distance. And I do give her her space. I understand needy guys are a turnoff.

So is my conclusion correct? She doesn't like me? I would really like some objective comments/advice. Thanks.

Anything you said could be true but i am guessing she likes you but is afarid about how this will all turn out if your good friends she might not want to reck the relationship between you 2. But if she doesn't like you which i don't think she doesn't beacsue she would of told you already so you would get over her believe me if i were in this situation i would tell her staright up ever if it means to be infront of everyone . Ifd she doeesn't feel the same way at least you got your answer quick and now can get over her.

I think she likes having you as good company or even maybe as a friend. It sounds like she's having a hard time trying to tell you honestly, so she makes excuses as to why you two can't be alone. By inviting you over along with a couple other friends, she's basically sending you the message that she likes having you around because maybe you're fun. But really, it doesn't sound like she's looking for anything else other than friendship. She just doesn't know how to tell you directly without hurting your feelings.
