It's a close choice: I'm a chocolate addict.

How about a chocolate malt (shake). Put a dollop of whipped cream on top to keep it interesting

If it's for comfort, the chocolate. If it's to help you sleep, the malt/Horlicks. Isn't Ovaltine a combination of both, that would work!
