ok I used to work at a state hospital..and one day I walked by one of the patients rooms, his door was wide open..and there it was a 65 year old man jerking it, while his 65 year old roommate was doing the same..ewwww traumatizing

So funny you asked that today I saw the grossest thing ever in life just yesyerday......Someone sent me an email that is a video of a woman pushing an adult octopus out of her "pocketbook". You know it's adult because once it hits the floor they pick it up and put it on her back. I truly wanted to vomit!!!!!!!!!!

A couple things. When I was very young I saw a girl about 2 years old pick her nose and then put it in her mouth. Needless to say I was traumatized for life!! Also, when I worked for a security company, I worked at the local hospital a lot. We always had to help the funeral home when they came to pick up the deceased. Well one time we had to actually go into the autopsy room to get a body. Now I love horror movies and gore and such, but this is real. So I'm kinda not wanting to do this. But when we go in, the body is covered with a white sheet and they said, " just slide the sheet onto the hospital cart." So I'm thinking hey, this is cool, just slide the body and don't see anything. But after we slid the body over, there was all kinds of brown crap all over the autopsy table from inside the body! Freggin' gross. Finally, a dog that I had once had a sore on his back. One day I could hear noise coming from his body. When I looked close, there were maggots crawling in and out of a hole in the sore.

I'd have to say it was this one day at Harbor Hill Convalescent Home when most of the patients noses were badly running and not being taken care of. I still have to hold back from vomiting whenever I think about it, and this was nearly 15 years ago.

the grossest thing was a fat a**ed colored female walking down the street with short shorts on that almost had to have been painted on. Part of the material was stuck up in her crack. And get this, she had to be at least 60 y/o.

A small child killed by a telephone company repair truck. Icy roads, tuck couldn't stop, child sitting on a sled watching as the truck bore down on him. Really gross. I'll never forget the sound.

When I was a child I saw a cat giving birth to her baby kittens, and red and white stuff came out...but the weird thing I just kept watching although it was so gross.

The grossest thing that I ever saw was on rotten.com when this old white ude pulled his rectum as far as it could go and you could the blood and insides... ewww!

the man in the bed beside me was dying of cancer that had spread into his brain...I heard the doctor tell him that he maybe had 10 days to live...He had to call in his children --aged about 8 and 10 and tell them that he was dying...it was pretty tragic.
