When you want a room to seem larger, you should paint them with a lighter, brighter color scheme. If you would paint it a darker color, it will seem darker, so the room will seem smaller in size. Hope this helped and good luck with your choice.

I'm in agreement with everyone else: any light colour. I think I'd go for a creamy one (to make it look warm).
Other things that will help to make it look bigger are: mirrors, light furniture (in light colours) which is proportionate to the size of the room (no big sofas, no big tables, etc.), blinds or curtains that let plenty of light in, and above all no clutter!

Some light color. You don't want to use a glossy white though: More of an eggshell in whichever color you choose.

Always use light colours to create the image of 'Space'. Darker colours look smaller. Consider beige or light brown or yellow. Don't go for vertical striped wall paper either. Pale green is good.

Any type of colors like light beige, light yellow, light greens, or even mossy kind of greens... the lighter and more mono-chromatic colors would be good.
Depending on your decor and taste a nice bright yet light shade of summer yellow would be nice.

WHITE OR LIGHTEST SHADE OF COLOR......DONT HANG TOO MUCH ON THE WALLS ...IT WILL SEEM MORE SPACIOUS.
