1. powers and roots
2. multiplication and division
3. Addition and Subtraction
Problems should be solved left to right
3*2.2 = A
5*1.8 = B
A-B= the answer to your problem

Do the * and / before the + and -
so...
3*2.2 = 6.6, and 5*1.8 = 9, right? Right.
so...
6.6-9 = -2.4
so...
3*2.2-5*1.8 = -2.4
