Yes, if you don't remove the stillborn puppies right away, the mother will eat them. Keep an eye on her. If she appears to be in pain or struggling with labor, take her to the vet, or she could die.
Feel her belly and if there are live puppies in there, you'll feel them wiggling around.

Oh well...it's probably better off that you only have 1 puppy to deal with now. In the future, you will know that everything that went on was wrong. 1. The animals should have been spayed/neutered. 2. If you were going away when your girl was in heat, you parents should have been more responsible and cancelled the trip. 3. Puppies need to be completely supervised all the time, especially from other dogs. Male/female, aunts, grown siblings, father, whatever. Dogs kill puppies all the time. It's part of their nature. 4. You don't put 3 week puppies outside no matter how nice the weather. You don't have to get rid of your male dog. Just neuter him.

I've never had a dog to eat the stillborn, but then again, I've only ever had one stillborn and I removed it from her so that she couldn't do anything with it. You need to really watch her - if anymore are stillborn, take them away from her and do not allow her to eat them.

Dogs cats many animals will do that. You need to remove any still born pups right away. If you have any doubt that she is though take her to the vet and have her checked. If you are inexperienced with this I really suggest seeing your vet.
Good Luck!
