I have a history of a very fast heart rate and had sugery on it last month. For the last couple of weeks I have had a chest pain that is high by my shoulder. It is sharp. I have been on naproxon for innflamation, nexium, and even anxiex medication and still no relief. What can this be please help. I am only 21 with unkown consistant chest pain.

It could be something simple, like a rib out of alignment, or something more serious, like heart related pain. It's best to seek help from your own doctor/surgeon, than to rely on answers you get in this forum.

This is difficult. I had chest pain as well for which they couldn't find a cause until one doctor gave me something for reflux. You are already on Nexium, so it is difficult to say if that is the problem. The only thing to do is to go back to the doctors until you get it resolved. Eventually you'll find someone who can solve the problem. Don't give up!

seriously, see a cardiologist ...It could be your heart ..It could extreme anxiety?
