Well you need to build up your endurance and your heart and body's condition. Your heart needs to be actively engaged in some sort of cardio exercise so that it really has to work to pump blood. This will help ensure a long healthy life, as far as your heart goes. I would try and keep running everyday for awhile. If two minutes is your max, try doing 2.5 minutes at a steady jog. Like 5 mph. (Obviously this is best done on a treadmill.) After you have done this for about a week, increase it to 3 minutes and so on. Eventually, your heart will become stronger and able to take more. Good luck!

Start off easy - maybe jog slowly for 5 minutes one day, 7 the next. If the pain lingers, ask your parents or see a doctor. I think your body just isn't used to running. Also, make sure you eat food with energy before you run, so you don't collapse or anything. Good luck!

asthma, probably exercise induced. You also need to run slower, make sure you focus only on your breathing not on your speed. You should be able to carry on a conversation with another person if you are running at the right speed for you.....and yeah, it varies greatly from one person to the next. Learning to pace yourself is the hardest thing to learn.

Try running a little bit everyday. There's really not much else you can do.
