Gravy Baked Pork Chops
Servings: 4

These pork chops will melt in your mouth. They are very good and easy to assemble. They are first sautéed in butter, then baked in a creamy mushroom sauce.

INGREDIENTS:
4 (1-1/4 inch thick) Pork Chops
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
3/4 cup 2% Milk
1/4 Cup Water
1 (10.75 oz can) Cream of Mushroom Soup

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350º F.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute the pork chops in the butter for about 5 minutes per side.

In a separate medium bowl, combine the milk, water and soup. Place the pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the soup mixture over the chops.

Bake for 45 minutes. Serve immidately.

Grilled chicken breast marinated first in a Jamaican Jerk sauce, then cut into pieces about 1 inch in size. On the side cook some noodles and Alfredo sauce, then stir in the chunks of chicken and serve with a veggie of your choice and maybe potatoes.. Then finish off with desert!!!

We had company and it was a cool day so I made:

App - Beef crostini w/ a roasted red pepper mayonnaise (FoodNetwork - Everyday Italian)

Dinner - Bracciole and meatballs in a homemade, slow cooked pasta sauce from this guy - http://www.spaghettisauceandmeatballs.com/sauce_photos.html

And dessert - tiramisu, of course.

And about 3 bottles of wine and then limoncello to sip with dessert!! I'm full and a bit tipsy!!

probably spaghetti with marinara and meat sauce, garlic bread sticks and a fresh salad made with tomatoes, cucumbers and onions, topped with zesty Italian dressing, and a large sweet tea.
sounds pretty good, doesn't it? Go to Olive Garden and you can have the same thing all without having to fix it yourself. Enjoy!

CHICKEN MARSALA - In first frying pan, Cut boneless chicken into chunks or strips, coat with flour and cook in butter until all sides just start to brown, set aside. In second frying pan, melt butter and add fresh sliced mushrooms (lots) and cook until they just start to soften, add generous amount of Marsala wine and a couple of finely diced garlic cloves and cook for three minutes. Add chicken from first pan and cook until sauce thickens (flour from chicken will thicken sauce), Add a small spritz more Marsala wine ( to refresh Marsala wine flavor) and serve immediately.
