Aggression is when dogs threaten other dogs or people, and its a different type of behaviour from hunting. Think of aggression as an argument that may lead to a punch up.
Your dog is hunting, think of that as finding, chasing and killing something he could eat. Its very normals for dogs to hunt, but a lot of owners are surprised when they do it. You must be aware that if he is caught hunting sheep or other livestock the farmer has the right to shoot him or insist he is destroyed by the police or a vet. So if you intend to go on holiday anywhere where there's livestock you must train him and keep him safely on a lead.

no longer everybody does percentage the opinion that Staffordshire Bull Terriers (SBT) as a breed are born mentally volatile and mature into adults which will attack a human on the drop of a hat. The media performs a area in influencing the evaluations of a few those who do no longer question the single sided and sensationalist record they examine/listen and others bounce on the bandwagon following a dogs chew incident, baying for a ban or stricter guidelines for the breed of their lack of understanding via decision or lack of understanding that genetics is the beginning of each and every dogs’s temperament, so no longer breed certain. that is typical for a SBT to make stronger various ranges in power of dogs on dogs aggression that should be reliably managed with practise, yet will continuously be there simmering below the floor, yet some idiots in the breed foster and take delight in having a “complicated” dogs at their area or situation it to be aggressive in the direction of human beings. A nicely bred SBT is mentally sound with a youthful solid temperament, that is typical for it to exhibit dogs aggression at it starts to mature from puberty, nonetheless no longer all do improve this trait and through nature a social outgoing dogs it really is pleasant to strangers and not in any respect human aggressive.

no he is not aggressive my dog Jade killed a hedgehog last year and she isnt aggressive one bit she is the biggest softy in the world the hedgehog just got in the way it is in dogs nature to do this so dont be worried. I would be careful with your dog around puppies tho let it play with a puppy but just keep your eye on it at all times they like top play and they might just bite a little to hard while playing. Your dog probably thought the hedgehog was a toy for it if you look at alot of teddys a hedgehog does look like a teddy.

Not at all....I have two Jack Russell Terriers and they're great dogs. But they were bred to hunt and kill rodents, so if they ever see a squirell, mouse or hamster its on! I very seriously doubt that he's got an aggression problem--more than likely its just his instinctive prey drive. I wouldn't worry about it--just keep him away from birds and hedgehogs

It depends. Did the dog have reasonable cause to believe the other animals had weapons of mass destruction?

This means your dog is a dog. As such, he may also lick between his back legs, try to lick your face, fart in his sleep, and attempt to mount you should you be so absent minded as to be on your knees at anytime in front of him/it. Do not be concerned. Continue to feed him and call him a sponge brained mutt at every opportunity. Just like men really.

No, all dogs hunt and chase other animals by nature unless their trained not to do so. If you don't like this behavior, hire a animal trainer or learn to train him yourself.
