Fred Patton, chief ranger of Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument a U.S. park on the Arizona border says the threat of violence is so great that at least 20 percent of the park is closed to public, and there are some areas where even rangers cannot go.

"The biggest threat to our people is illegal activity," Patton says.

Soto said traffickers and smugglers have used every type of weapon to hit back at agents.

"The frustration level is starting to increase because of our effectiveness," he said, citing attacks that include rock throwing, shootings, and even cases in which smugglers have tried to run over agents with their vehicles.

Illegal immigration must be stop because peace and order is in jeopardy. US parks are being threatened by violence because forest rangers maintaining order thereat are already afraid of human traffickers and smugglers and they could no longer perform their jobs properly.

No one wants this but as long as there are criminals there will be people trying to stop them. if you want to enter America, go through the legal process. if you enter this country illegally you are a criminal and should be treated as such.
