I am a person who likes to take baths, just to calm down and relax. But lately, after I take a bath I feel really tired and weak afterwords. Is this normal?

No i don't think that showers make a person more tired and weak. But it depends on a whole lot of factors other than just the shower.Depends on ur change of schedule, diet, emotional state, work and the list goes on.Try to sit down and figure out what u have been doing differently that could have caused that...or are u just simply burned out.try to figure it out fast especially if it's an emotional thing.I can understand ur concern and have been there, its not a very nice place to be.Goodluck.God be with u

The heat of the water and your body becoming so relaxed can definitely trigger lazy tired feelings after a bath. It's just because you are so relaxed you get the same effect after a massage which is why they usually have you lay down for a few minutes after it's finished b/c you can faint!! I guess from being "too" relaxed!! Maybe try to have your water a little cooler will help you not feel so tired...

Yes. Baths, especially those taken in extremely warm water are very relaxing and can make you feel weak and sleepy. In health spas where they have saunas and hot tubs, they caution members to limit their time to five minutes or less, due to the enervating effects of the heat.
My suggestion would be to take your baths before bedtime, when it's natural to feel tired and relaxed. During the day, you might want to switch to cool showers for the opposite effect.

I don't think you should be feeling tired and weak, just relaxed and a little sleepy. Is it possible you are having your water too hot? Or have you switched bath products recently? Could be that you are having a reaction to a product. You're not pregnant are you? I don't have any other ideas of what could cause this.

Based on your info, it seems that you have hit that time of life, where you are beginning to blossom. That is a great contributor to fatigue amongst prepubescent girls. As teen girls bodies change, it's a tough adjustment. Especially as active as you say you are. Eat right, and enjoy the rest.

Maybe your water is too hot and you are low on certain vitamins, that happened to me when I was low on iron.

Sounds like you need to have your blood pressure checked and your lab values to see if you are low on iron.
