It is from "MacBeth" -- ironically, it's MacBeth that the witches are referring to as "wicked".
As one of the other answerers said, the full quote is "By the pricking of my thumbs, something wicked this way comes!"

it's actually from Macbeth - the three "wierd" when they see Macbeth approaching, they say "By the pricking of my thumbs, something wicked this way comes" wicked meaning Macbeth himself
