Slowly and carefully. With no obvious expection for her to come back to you, it could take some time depending on why it is you two broke up.

Let it happen naturally. What were the circumstances of the break up? Were you the one who broke her heart or did she do the breaking? If she did, chances are she had a reason to do it and if she isn't coming back around, she probably does not regret it.
If you did, you probably broke her heart and she may be bitter towards you or not trust you anymore. If that is the case, you have to work at rebuilding that trust. Don't thrust yourself at her, discuss with her your mistake, what happened and why you would like to see her more often. Don't say hey I wanna get back together, just let it happen as if you are starting the dating process all over again. It is hard to give answers without knowing more information on the situation.

Make her like you. Its really easy. ALl you have to do is treat her like you did when yall were going out. Just dont kiss her, but flirt, hug, etc...you know the drill
