The thumbs up and down on this question pretty much shows the ratio of Atheists vs Christians as it would be....1 vs 4 at the moment...but, is numbers all tht matters?

Hey hey... never underestimate the power of stupid people in large numbers.
Not that I'm calling all Christians stupid, but for the sake of this question and the premise it sets up, that's my answer.

You know, there are atheist idiots in the world and Christian idiots. There are also very smart atheists and very smart Christians. There are idiots and very smart people in every religion and non-religion in the world. What religion you have or not doesn't affect your intelligence unless one becomes a fundamentalist or extremist, and then one's mind closes.
Just because you don't agree with them doesn't make the entire group a bunch of idiots. You are just causing trouble, and it's annoying.
I don't believe in Christianity, and I do believe it's just mythology like all the other now defunct religions in the world. But some people need religion to feel better about life. I don't, and that's okay. I do think their beliefs are wrong and they believe mine are wrong. That's fine; I'm not going to force them to see my viewpoint, as long as they don't try to force me to see theirs.
There are Christians out there like this who will respect your beliefs, but will pray for you in privacy. That's okay, that's what Christians are supposed to do, and if they are my friend, then they love me and want the best for me. I silently hope they will come to their senses, but respect their beliefs as well.

I don't know the idiots would probably win because at the moment they have all the weapons. Surly it cant be a good ideal letting a man who goes to war because a voice in his head tells him to shouldn't be put in charge of the worlds biggest supply of nuclear weapons.

lol we aren't all idiots...my answers make sense. Of course, I'm not exactly a fundamentalist, so if it were fundamentalists vs atheists the theists would win. Know why? Cause they would just trust in God to destroy their enemeis of course.

Well if the Christians decided to be TRULY devout and refused to use the tools of science and technology that they despise, then it would be no contest. A good hypocrite however can condemn science with one side of his face and then turn and pick up a weapon created by science and that doesn't bother them.
