Because that is how they are raised, they are also raised to cheat , I think it is because they are short, you no the short stature syndrome, they have to prove they are macho bullsh*t.

Boy, people get pissed when you tell the truth about Mexicans, don't they? I don't care what anyone says, that IS TRUE. Here, whenever the cops are called to a Mexican neighborhood, it is ALWAYS for domestic assault or drunk in public. Also, years ago where I worked, before I went to college, I witnessed with my own eyes Mexican women coming into work with black eyes and swollen faces and I would overhear them talking to their friends about what happened with their husbands. Mexican men think that it's ok to hit women and they think that it's funny, until they hear the jail cell slam behind them, then it's all boo hoo, I love you!

I really don't see how you can quote any "scientific" results while using a broad category like "Hispanics" - a term of convenience coined by Americans that groups together dozens of distinct cultures and countries.

Um... my entire family and the families of ALL my Latino friends totally prove that WRONG!
Latinos have some of THE most functional families out of all of them... we know our 5th cousins a few times removed and whatnot... and see them REGULARLY, not just at funerals...

I am going to say culture and the need to be macho. Some hispanic men do beat their wives/girlfriends, but not all. I have been with my husband for 7 years and he has never hit me. He knows I will leave if he does. His brother did hit his girlfriend. She left him. I dont condone violence. It happens...but it happens in white and black relationships too.
