I read that somewhere too. I think it's because they think they can still act like menaces the way they did in their country and that the law will look the other way. They forget that they are in America, where murderers are held accountable.

I think it is because the illegals come from countries where the laws are NOT enforced, where you most likely have corruption that runs rampant through all channels of authority.
