There's no real way to healthfully "reverse" a binge episode, but you could work on preventing another one. What was happening before the binge? Were you upset? Angry? Lonely? Trying to connect up the feeling/event that happened before the binge might help. If you find yourself in the beginning or middle of a binge, try to stop and check in with yourself. Ask yourself what you are hoping the food will do for you. Are you still tasting it? Does the tenth bite taste as good as the first? Just try to cultivate more awareness and remember, be gentle with yourself! Beating yourself up over it often induces guilt, which may then trigger another binge, keeping the cycle going.
If it's something that happens frequently, and is interfering with your life, there are some really good therapists that specialize in treating binge eating disorder. http://www.edreferral.com/
Here's a great book for anyone struggling with overeating/binge eating: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0449003825?v=glance
I'm sorry you feel yucky right now. Try to remember that it will pass. I know it feels awful to sit with, but you can do it! Hang in there...

Well, the secret is self control and willpower, which are often hard to come by. Exercise does reduce calories, but the best exercise as you may have heard, is pushing away from the table.
Let me caution you about binge eating. It can lead to bulimia, where you binge and purge -- in other words, eat everything in sight and then make yourself throw up. This is an eating disorder which can have serious consequences.
Stop eating when your brain tells you you've had enough. Get up from the table and go do something that is not food related. If you need help controlling your appetite, see a doctor or a dietician. Good luck!

Do not worry about it. Just try to prevent future reoccurences.
A onetime binge should not matter too much as your body will burn off the excess in a couple of days. The more important thing is not to get on a guilt trip about your binge and obsess about it.

You don't. No one can turn back time. Vomiting isn't an option. You prevent yourself from eating so much next time.
