Start by getting rid of the junk you've been eating. Replace is with healthier snacks. Instead of something like chips n' dip, opt for carrots n' fat free veggie dip or something. When your eating drink water, take sips inbetween bites. Eat smaller bites and chew your food for longer. Believe it or not this will lead to you becoming more full and eventually you'll have food leftover. Make sure your eating healthier foods. Get plenty of water, which is not only good for you but makes you more full. If you dont fancy the taste, zazz it up with some fresh lemon or lime juice. Excercise. Even if its something as simple as going for a walk, do it! Aerobics or dancing are good and it helps to do atleast 10 mins of warmups before walking, jogging or running. Steadily increase your time excercising. Dont overdue it or it wont work. Start out with your warm ups and then if you opt for something like walking, go out for 20-30 mins that week, take water with you and sip as you go. Then the next week increase your time to 40-60 and so on. It works, it really does and good luck hun.

Well, for one, stop eating like a pig. Exercise, drink water, and watch what you eat. Pounds don't normally come off any faster than you put them on unless you really work at it, but it has probably been more than 2 weeks since all these pounds appeared, unless you're talking about like 5 lbs.

eat less junk food and only eat your fruit and veggies, and three balanced meal a day. then excerise like 1-2 hours every day if you can....if not then just excerise for 30 minutes everyday....some things to do for that is run a mile...bike a mile...sit ups...push-ups...you know..the stuff. if that doesn't work then do the opposite of what you did to gain the extra pounds. you know your body, so if you are feeling sick or something then take a break for a little bit.

Cut out sugar and white flour (white bread, muffins, english muffins, cookies, cakes, etc...). Have only sugar free hard candies for your sweet tooth. Eat only whole grains. Stay away from fried foods.
