Let him massage yours and vice versa. Think of it as a bit of dominant/submissive exercise, take turns or fight it out. You can tell alot about a relationship by the kiss.

Well, that's up to what you are ready for. If you're not ready for that, you should tell him. If what he's doing is ok with you, then go along with it, and learn from what he does. Putting his tongue in your mouth is called French kissing. Just follow what he does. In my opinion, it sounds like you're too young to be doing that. A relationship shouldn't need to be physical. Go wit da flow. just move yo tongue around. Do what feels comfortable for you. If you don't like making out then tell him. He should understand if he loves you. Not everyone likes using there tongue to kiss.
