I care a little only because I'm sort of competative.
I think their are two strategies.
Answer a few questions very, very well so you get the ten points.
Answer a lot of questions, you max each day quickly for 2 pts ea.
Or if you have like all the time in the world you can answer your max questions each very well, hoping to get each one voted 10 pts.

It is still nice to move up in the levels but nothing like it was when you are at the lower levels. Think about everyanswer you give, putting your all into it. Pretend you are talking to a good friend. Start getting Best answers and in no time you will move up. Its easy in the beginning.

Tips
Try to answer things seriously and don't ask too many questions,
if you reached level two you will get benefits like they will rate you and finally spice a little sense of humor on your answers so that they will give you 11 or 10 pts.

You got to answer a bunch of questions Milly moo. Getting voted best answer gets you 10. The points have no value whatsoever, although I find myself still watching them add up and getting elated somehow

the only reason that i care is because i sit at work all noght and do not have much to do so i play on YA. right now i am level 2 and can only answer 40 questions per day. at lev 4 i can answer unlimited questions. and that gives me something to do...
however i have a few differant yahoo I.D accounts so it really is not a problem.

i dnt even understand how it works. who is it up to to reward you with 10 points? and what about 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 points... or is it just 2 points and 10 points?
